About Team 24124
Nighthawks North Star is a high school robotics team from North Trail High School in Calgary, Alberta with three other teams competing in the FIRST Tech Challenge.
Team 24124, named after the prestigious Leadership Award at our school, is the first robotics team founded at North Trail. North Star has proudly competed in FTC since the 2023-24 Centerstage season. As a senior, competitive team, North Star has launched three new learning teams and provided them with extensive mentorship.

Mentorship
As the founding team of Nighthawks Robotics, Team 24124 takes pride in mentoring three learning teams: Team 26145 Nighthawks Pathfinder, Team 30645 Aurora, and Team 33517 New Horizons. North Star members provide guidance in robot design, programming, and competition strategies, helping our teams develop skills and confidence within FIRST robotics.

Statistics
North Star offers a tool to track and analyze a robot's performance over time. By analyzing key statistics during FIRST Tech events, a team can identify strengths and areas for improvement. The Nighthawks Robotics Statistics Dashboard was developed by Team 24124's programming subteam as an open-source project to support not only our own teams but also the broader FIRST Tech Challenge community. By sharing this tool, we aim to empower other teams to leverage data analytics for improved performance and strategic planning in their robotics competitions.
